The 46th Green Concert of the Osaka Prefectural Yodogawa Technical High School Brass Band (Yodo Kogyo) was held at the 2,700-seat Festival Hall, which was filled to capacity for four performances. Among the repertoire of the Yodogawa Technical High School Brass Band, the 46th Green Concert was filled to capacity with classical pieces such as Shostakovich's "Festive Overture," which was performed for the fourth performance only after a 10-minute rehearsal, and "Triumphal March and Ballet Music from the Opera 'Aida'" with nearly 300 performers, and popular pieces such as "The Carpenters Forever," "The Carpenters Forever," and "The Carpenters Forever," which was performed by the Yodogawa Technical High School Brass Band. Carpenters Forever" and "Bolero" (OB Brass Band). In addition, "Fantasy on Osaka Folk Songs" is a representative work of the late composer Yutaka Oguri, with whom advisor Akio Marutani had a close friendship before his death. The 100th anniversary performance of this piece was planned to be performed at each concert in 2018, the 100th anniversary of his birth, and the "100th anniversary premiere" performed mainly by new third-year students is also included.
