Jos van Immaasel is a gifted pianist from Belgium, a country of ancient music, who has revealed "the state of the piano as it was composed" in a wide range of performances from Baroque and Mozart to Debussy and Rachmaninoff. He first attracted attention with his groundbreaking recordings of Mozart's piano concertos and Beethoven's works with the Anima Eterna (now called Anima Eterna Bruges after the city where it is based), which brought together a group of trusted old instrumentalists, and later with the Zig-Zag Territoires, where he recorded the piano concertos of Johann Strauss, Chagarinov and Rachmaninoff. Later, Zig-Zag Territoires continued to explore the sound of orchestral music at the time of its first release, surprising the world with recordings of Johann Strauss, Tchaikovsky, Dvořák, Orff, and Gershwin (......), and other royal orchestral favorites. Alpha, the label's successor, now offers a box of post-Romantic composers, following Beethoven's complete symphonies and a French music box, including the Gershwin old instrumental album (!) released by Alpha in 2018. The new box contains the complete Beethoven symphonies and the French music box, followed by a box of post-Romantic composers, including the Gershwin old instrumental album (!) released on Alpha in 2018.Since DISC7 is longer than 86 minutes, some players may not be able to play it properly.
