Milosz, a driving force behind today's classical guitar revival, releases his debut album on Sony Classical. Since then, Milosz has built an international career performing solo recitals and concertos at major concert venues around the world. This release features a selection of baroque works carefully chosen by Milosz himself. In addition to solo works, he collaborates with Jonathan Cohen and Arcangelo, an ensemble that uses both period and modern instruments. The works written for keyboard and strings are performed on guitar. For the pieces that require arrangements, the renowned British guitarist and lute player Michael Lewin has arranged them. Milosz says, "With this album, I want to convey a new vision of Baroque music, one that retains the intimacy and typical beauty of the guitar sound, but with stylistic diversity.
