A bundle including a T-shirt will also be available! *Drukqs*, released in 2001 by Richard D. James (a.k.a. Aphex Twin), is set to be reissued in special packaging to commemorate its 25th anniversary! For the first time, a 4-LP set in standard packaging will be available. Additionally, exclusively for Japan, a strictly limited-edition 2-CD box set (featuring high-quality UHQCDs) will be released, which is a miniature reproduction of the original 4-LP box set. Featuring 30 tracks spanning approximately 100 minutes, this album interweaves the ferocious sounds of drill’n’bass and noise electronics with delicate piano pieces reminiscent of Erik Satie. It continues to be highly acclaimed as a landmark of 21st-century electronic music, where an experimental spirit coexists with overwhelming beauty. The collection features tracks where intensely experimental electronic music coexists with serene melodies, including the classic “Avril14th,” which was later sampled by Kanye West. As the work in which Aphex Twin’s creativity reached its boldest expression, its innovative spirit remains undimmed even a quarter-century after its release. The 25th-anniversary edition of Aphex Twin’s *Drukqs* is being released simultaneously worldwide. It will be available in the following formats: a Japan-exclusive, strictly limited-production 2-CD box set (high-quality UHQCD), a 4-LP set with a Japanese obi strip, an imported 4-LP set, and an imported 2-CD set. The Japan-exclusive 2-CD box set and the 4-LP set with a Japanese obi strip will also be available as sets that include a T-shirt.
