She is known as a singer of extraordinary expressiveness and pure, straightforward singing of overwhelming beauty, mainly of French works, from Baroque works by Rameau and others to Romantic works. This album, with Sabine's husband, Raphaël Pichon, conducting, includes works by the greatest Baroque composers, J.S. Bach and Handel, mixing religious and secular works, from Bach's famous cantatas to arias from Handel's operas and cantatas, to a new type The message of the concert is to be delivered to our time of fear of new coronavirus infections. Sabine Deuvier has already received acclaim for her "importance of words, refined singing and acute sensitivity with a touch of melancholy. In 2014, she participated in the secular cantata "Lament, O children, lament to the whole world, BWV 244a," conducted by Pichon and performed by Pygmalion, in which she sang with a fresh voice, and this time she shows her beautiful voice as much as she can in the solo cantata, especially in the coloratura in the second half.
