Pierre Jodorowsky: Series for piano and soundtrack French-born composer Pierre Jodorowsky (b.1971) has been working on a color-based series for piano and electronics for about 20 years, and has now completed six works. Normally, each piece is performed separately as an independent work, but pianist Małgorzata Valentinowicz suggested that they be combined to form a cycle, and this recording was made possible. Polish pianist Valentinowicz has been collaborating with Jodorowski, who also has ties to Poland, for more than 10 years and has introduced his music around the world.
