The first single, "Shine On," was born from the chemistry between Mario and Bluey, and is a fashionable track that seems to capture the atmosphere of the streets of West London. In addition to the original song, the album also features superb covers of Stevie Wonder, Kenny Rankin, and Boz Scaggs. Of note is the return of the Leon Ware/Richard Rudolph duo, who produced such 1970s soul classics as Minnie Riperton's "Inside My Love" and contributed two songs to the album.
