The Montreal Symphony Orchestra, led by Payare, presents PENTATONE Vol. 2: "Life of a Hero" and "Rückert Lieder" sung by Yoncheva! Recorded by the famous engineer Martin Sauer! Rafael Payare from Venezuela, South America, is one of the most popular conductors in the world today. After studying French horn at "El Sistema," Payare became a member of the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra. In 2012, he won the first prize at the Marco International Conducting Competition in Copenhagen, which brought him international recognition, and he has been a member of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. For Pajare, who specializes in late Romantic music, R. Strauss and Mahler are the most important composers, and their music directly conveys what he wants to express. The solo violinist for "Life of a Hero" will be Androu Wang, who has served as the orchestra's concertmaster since 2008. Wang is also active as a soloist, releasing the complete Beethoven and Schumann violin sonatas with pianist Charles Richard Amrand. He plays "Life of a Hero" with a truly graceful and sweet tone. The soloist for the Rückert Lieder is the Bulgarian-born Sonia Yoncheva.Yoncheva, who is very active in the opera scene around the world with her beautiful voice, extremely dramatic expressiveness, and flamboyant stage appearance, is a famous singer who has many fans in Japan as well, as she showed during her performances in Japan in July 2022 and September 2023. It is also noteworthy that this opera star Yoncheva is participating for the first time in a recording of orchestral music in German.
