A limited edition of 500 copies featuring a digisleeve design for the 2020 live album by the collaborative project between the leader of the Spanish Jazz/Avant-Rock band OCTOBER EQUUS and the Russian Avant-Garde/Space/Post-Rock band, capturing their 2019 collaborative performance! Recorded during their February 2020 performance at Russia's The Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Astrakhan, immediately following the release of their 2020 album 'SADA'. The performance featured support from PIOTR DUO's Natasha Blinova (piano/melodica).While this release can be considered an alternate version of the 2018 live album 'SEA ORM LIVETURE'—which featured tracks from the 2018 album 'CARTA MARINA' and Ángel Ontalva's 2015 solo album 'SATELLITE'—it differs from that more fluid, flexible, and improvisational live work. This album showcases aggressive improvisation and structurally rich ensemble playing, combined with the symphonic flavor added by the twin keyboards featuring Natasha Blinova. This creates a performance/sound strongly imbued with Ángel Ontalva's signature style, much like his 2018 album 'CARTA MARIA'. Compared to the 2018 live album, this one is more structurally rich, yet it still delivers the thrilling, kaleidoscopic sense of floating created by the fluid, ever-changing improvisations both artists excel at. It's an excellent live album!!
