This is rare! This is a live performance of Anselme's guest appearance with the NBC Symphony Orchestra at the invitation of Toscanini. As you can see from the program, Anselme is not a specialist in French music, as he boasts a wide repertoire. The combination with the Toscanini-trained NBC was outstanding, and Anselme's expression with such a hard-edged orchestra was sharp and clear, reminding us of his keen eye. Bach's transparent sound, and the Honegger works, which he introduced as an advocate of the music, are outstandingly interesting as showpieces. The classical sculpture of "The Great" is a masterpiece that deserves to be heard. All of them are masterpieces that deserve to be heard. The performance is of the same age as the original, but there are no problems with appreciation.
