John Greaves, a multi-instrumentalist known for his work with HENRY COW/NATIONAL HEALTH and other groups, and Annie Barbazza, a female vocalist from Italy, and John Greaves, a solo/collaborative musician who has been actively developing his own music in recent years.The first joint album by two cutting-edge musicians who have been rapidly approaching each other in recent years, including participation in each other's solo works and the release of "FOLLY BOLOLEY PLAY ROCK BOTTOM", a cover album of Robert Wyatt's works with NORTH SEA RADIO ORCHESTRA, has been released from Dark Companion in Italy. Released from Dark Companion in Italy in 2011! God Song', which was performed as the first part of the legendary concert "Henry Now" in Piacenza, Italy in November 2010, where the four members of HENRY COW (Fred Frith, Tim Hodgkinson, John Greaves, and Chris Cutler) reunited. The album includes seven songs from 'God Song' to 'How Beautiful You Are' performed as the first part of the legendary "Henry Now" concert, as well as live recordings from the Curva Minore Festival held in Palermo, Italy in April '23 and the March '23 concert held at a club near Verona, Italy,This is a live compilation of live/studio live recordings from '21 to '23 at four different venues, including 'Lotus Flower' and 'Time' performed at a private party in September '21. This is a live compilation of live and studio recordings from different venues from '21 to '23. Both recordings feature John Greaves and Annie Barbazza performing a simple but deep chamber style using voice, piano, and acoustic guitar, and the songs from HENRY COW's masterpiece "KEW. RHONE.", John's monotone sense of color and introspective expressiveness in his playing and singing, and Annie's beautiful core voice combine to create a brilliant and avant-garde sound that is one-of-a-kind!
