Italian flutist, conductor, musicologist, and historian Federico Maria Sardelli is back with a new release on Tactus' "Serie Bianca (White Series)". Maud Antiquo, a period ensemble formed by Sardelli in 1984, recorded many masterpieces of Italian Baroque music by Corelli, Vivaldi, and others for Tactus in the 1990s, including a collection of 12 concertos existing in Paris, "Paris Concertos" (only two were newly composed, and the rest are still available).
