CAVERNE SONORE" (recorded between 1985 and 2002), a work reflecting his exploration of prehistoric and paleolithic music and his approach to geology, is now available on CD and LP on the well-known BLACK SWEAT RECORDS label. The organ, glockenspiel, xylophone, and stone marimba sounds are further enhanced by the murmuring waters of an underground lake and the reverberations of stalagmites in a limestone cave, while the ultimately primitive and spiritual soundscape recalls the gongs and bells of Tibet and the musical scales of Java and Bali.
