Sonic Youth frontman Thurston Moore releases his first new album in three and a half years! Thurston Moore, who continues to lead the US rock scene as the frontman of Sonic Youth and Chelsea Light Moving, has released his fourth solo album in three and a half years! The members of this album are Steve Shelley (Dr./Sonic Youth, Lee Ranaldo and the Dust), Debbie Guggi (B/My Bloody Valentine), James Edwards (G/Nauto, Guapo), and others. Almost all of the songs feature vocals and distorted guitars, creating a band sound with Thurston's signature style in full bloom! The album is a rock album reminiscent of Sonic Youth, a far cry from the previous album "Demolished Souls," which was produced by Thurston's close friend Beck and received worldwide acclaim as a masterpiece containing many melancholic acoustic songs. Thurston gave a dignified performance as the headliner with Dinosaur Jr. at the 3rd Hostess Club Weekender held in November 2012.Furthermore, they appeared at TAICOCLUB '14 in May 2014 and continue to gain new fans.
