Description:
The Flying Nyhus is a Norwegian band formed by Tommy Ingebrigtsen (g), Terje Nyhus (b) and Anders Sprauten (vo/g), former members of ARABS IN ASPIC, a Norwegian band popular for its vintage-oriented heavy progressive sound influenced by BLACK SABBATH and KING CRIMSON in the early days. Anders Sprauten (vo/g), and the band's name is the same as the band's name: THE FLYING NORSEMEN. Apollon Records. As mentioned above, the members of the first ARABS IN ASPIC before 2006 participate in this album, and Jostein Smeby, who has been the frontman of ARABS IN ASPIC for a long time since their debut, produces the album. The band's style is downer stoner rock and doom metal inspired by the hard rock of the 70's. The band's sound is also inspired by the hard rock of the 70's.Unlike the current original, this album does not feature a dedicated keyboard player, and is characterized by a composition that puts heavy guitar riffs and intoxicating, druggy melodies at the forefront. The four songs are different from ARABS IN ASPIC, which moved to the prog/sympho side.
