From Atlanta, GA, USA, formed in 2001. After changing members, as of 2015, the band is currently composed of Bradford Cox (Vo. G), Rocket Punt (G), Moses Archuleta (Dr), and Fjosh McKay (B). This album, released two and a half years after their last album "Monomania," which took a major turn toward a garage sound, was produced by Ben Allen, who produced the masterpiece "Halcyon Digest," released in 2010 and named one of the best of the year by many domestic and international media. The dark and disturbing atmosphere of the previous album has been replaced by a brighter mood and a new Deerhunter sound that focuses on melodies and textures!
