JARVIS STREET REVUE, a super fuzz heavy psych band from Thunder Bay, Ontario, led by TOM HORRICKS, a man who used to work with NEIL YOUNG in the early 60's, recorded this album at their own studio DMG SOUND STUDIO and released it in 1971. This is the only album by JARVIS STREET REVUE. The band's most distinctive feature is the twin vocals and twin fuzz! The lethal amount of fuzz on the first track, "MR. BUSINESS MAN," is a knockout! The title track "MR. OIL MAN" is another cool heavy psychedelic number that clearly shows the band's colors.
