The band appeared with Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, Alice in Chains, and others from Seattle, Washington, USA. Soundgarden was a representative of "grunge rock" that even Kurt Cobain respected, but disbanded in 1997, and then in 2010, the band headlined Lollapalooza, the largest outdoor festival in the U.S., and released a live album "Live on I5" in 2011. Soundgarden finally released a new original album! The band ensemble of Chris Cornell's ferocious vocals, Kim Sayle's guitar, Matt Cameron's drums, and Ben Shepherd's bass produces a unique, black, undulating groove that is strongly influenced by Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. This is the band's first album in 16 years since 1996's "Down On The Upside," which reached No. 2 in the U.S. After the breakup of the band, Chris Cornell worked as a solo artist with Audioslave, Kim Sayle worked with Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) in the unit Probot, and Matt Cameron joined Pearl Jam. The careers that each has carved out are sure to trigger a new chemical reaction here and create an unprecedented explosion.The producer is Adam Casper, a Seattle native who has been associated with Soundgarden since the 1990s and is known for producing Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Queen of the Stone Age, and others. This is a jewel case version. It contains the same 13 tracks as the soft pack.
