This is the second NIFC (Polish National Chopin Institute) release by Tobias Koch, a German keyboard player who is gaining recognition as a period instrumentalist. Koch plays an 1838 Erard and performs with the prestigious German old music orchestra, Concerto Cologne. The "Anthems and Chants of Europe (Anthems, Hymny Europy)," performed at the "Chopin and His Europe International Music Festival" 2018, includes the Polish National Anthem, which Chopin harmonized, Lortzing's Overture, which uses the melody of the Polish National Anthem, the British National Anthem "Long Live the King ( The program includes the Polish national anthem harmonized by Chopin, J.C.
