A talented conductor under the tutelage of Mushin and Jansons. Leduc-Barome & Baltic Chamber Orchestra Vol. 2! The Baltic Chamber Orchestra, a Russian chamber orchestra formed by the string section of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra led by Temirkanov, and Emmanuel Leduc-Barome, a talented conductor born in Annecy, France in 1971. Chief Conductor of the orchestras in Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea and in Itkutsk, Siberia, and since August 2014, Chief Conductor and Music Director of the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Saratov Philharmonic Society in Russia, LeDuc-Barome studied in Lyon and Geneva. After studying in Lyon and Geneva, he moved to Russia to study with Mariss Jansons at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. He also studied conducting under the legendary Ilya Musin at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, and is a notable member of the orchestra's distinguished lineage.The debut album "Shostakovich & R. Strauss (RCD 1009)" released on Rubicon, the "creative home" for the next generation of talented young artists, received high acclaim and was named Editor's Choice by Gramophone magazine. The second album was released in 1899. The second album is a combination of Schoenberg's masterpiece "The Purified Night," which was arranged for string orchestra in 1943 from a string sextet work composed in 1899, and Honegger's Symphony No. 2, which was written in an unusual arrangement for "strings and trumpet.
