The EP is a collaboration between David's longtime friend and vocalist Martin Smith, who was the frontman of the British Christian rock band Delirious? You Deserve," "Lay Your Troubles Down," and "Oh, My Love," plus instrumental versions of each song, and an ambient mix of "Lay Your Troubles Down" by Hong Kong-based ambient duo SALT OF THE SOUND. The album includes seven tracks in total: three new songs, instrumental versions of each song, and an ambient mix of "Lay Your Troubles Down" by Hong Kong-based ambient duo Salt of the Sound.The album has a visual and static post-rock sound with a strong sense of improvisation through the use of field recordings and sound-making, leaving the worldview and message of the songs to the listener to a certain extent, but with the introduction of vocals and lyrics, it is more PINK FLOYD's melodic rock with a more concrete sound. Although the playing style is a little different from Gilmour's, the guitars are well controlled, the drums move the song as if each note is etched, and Martin's vocals with an innocent sound steadily build a worldview, and eventually the acoustic and electronic instruments join hands to create an album of appreciation for the people and the music. The acoustic and electronic instruments work hand in hand to dramatically and directly express their love and appreciation for the people in their lives.
