Pennebaker, best known for his work on "Monterey Pop Festival," Bob Dylan's "Don't Look Back" and Depeche Mode's "101," has documented the legendary night on stage and backstage, and compiled them into one feature-length live documentary. Filmed 50 years ago and released worldwide in 1983, this legendary music film is now available in 4K under the supervision of his son, Fraser Pennebaker, for the 50th anniversary of the show. This year, on the 50th anniversary of the day of the show, this legendary music film, released worldwide in 1983, will be released in a "complete version" featuring 4K restored footage and the latest remastered soundtrack, supervised by his son, Fraser Pennebaker. The film will be released in three editions: a 2CD+BLU-RAY 3-disc edition that includes the film and soundtrack, a 2-CD set that includes the soundtrack only, and a 2-disc analog set.Not only does this 50th Anniversary Edition include the latest remastered soundtrack and 4K video, but it also includes two additional songs that were performed on that night but have not been officially recorded or filmed in the public domain for a long time. It is a "long-awaited" work that revives Ziggy Stardust's final night in its "complete" form. In addition to a medley of "Gene Genie/Love Me Do," the miraculous footage of the late Jeff Beck and Bowie performing together that was first shown in Bowie's movie "Moonage Daydream," which was recently released here in Japan, the album also features previously unreleased footage and soundtracks of "Round and Round," which also featured Jeff Beck. This 50th anniversary edition will also include the previously unreleased video/sound files of "Round and Round," also featuring Jeff Beck. With the addition of these two songs, the legendary night will finally be delivered to the world in its complete form...! The previously unreleased material has been newly mixed by Bowie's longtime collaborator Tony Visconti. (2/2)
