Description:

Jethro Tull, one of the leading figures of British progressive rock led by Ian Anderson, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the release of their mid-period masterpiece and eighth studio album, "MINSTREL IN THE GALLERY". Their mid-period masterpiece and eighth studio album, "Minstrel in the Gallery" is being reissued on marble-colored analog LP in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of its release, featuring a remix by Stephen Wilson. Jethro Tull, one of the most famous British progressive bands led by Ian Anderson. The album "Minstrel In The Gallery", their 8th album released in 1975, has been reissued in marble color analog LP to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its release. The album is now being reissued on marble-colored analog LP to commemorate its 50th anniversary. Minstrel In The Gallery" was released on September 5, 1975.This album, which reached No. 7 in the U.S., is a theatrical rock work with Ian Anderson as a bard, and is a mid-period masterpiece that stands out for its magnificent, undulating performance and orchestral fusion, as if it were an unraveling of an English fable. This album is also a return to the fusion of electric and acoustic sounds that Jethro Tull had originally intended, although in a different direction from their previous works. The contrast between electric and acoustic sounds has always been one of Jethro Tull's sonic characteristics, but perhaps nowhere is this contrast more pronounced than in "The Bard of the Pier". The 16-minute "The Goddess of Baker Street" is a masterpiece. The 16-minute "The Goddess of Baker Street" is a real standout. This was also the last album to feature original bassist Jeffrey Hammond. The 50th Anniversary Edition analog LP release uses a new remix by Steven Wilson, produced on the 2015 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition release, under the full supervision of Ian Anderson.
