REGGAE MASTERPIECE, released in 1976, was a compilation that showcased the popularity of Jamaica's biggest producer, JOE GIBBS. For nine years prior to that, the former electrical engineer had been climbing to the top of the Jamaican music industry with a number of hit 45s. This compilation features songs by reggae royalty such as JACOB MILLER, HORACE ANDY, CORNEL CAMPBELL, and many more, reflecting his status as a hit maker up until the mid-70s! Twelve songs not included on the original release have been added as bonus tracks. JOE GIBBS' greatest hits, never before released on CD, are now available on this disc!
