This album is the second set from the January 31, 1974 show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, recorded for broadcast on WNEW-FM, an FM station specializing in rock music. The complete setlist of 28 songs from that day's show is included, and the performance is richly divided into sections: Bob Dylan & The Band, The Band only, and Dylan alone in an acoustic set.
