Signed to the label at the young age of 11, he has released over 30 US Top 10 hits and won a total of 22 Grammy Awards. This is a rare live archive of Stevie Wonder at the peak of his career in 1974. This album was recorded at the Rainbow Theatre in London on January 31, 1974.The album features songs from the hit album "Innervisions", which was released in August 1973 and won the Grammy Award for Best Album and Best Technical Album (Non-Classical), as well as an 18-minute instrumental version of 'Contusion', which will appear on the 1976 release "Songs In The Key Of Life". Contusion', an 18-minute instrumental version of 'Contusion', a self cover of 'To Know You Is To Love You' from his ex-wife Syreeta Wright's debut album 'Syreeta', produced by Stevie, and a high quality session of his signature song 'High Highlight' from 'Songs In The Key Of Life'. The band performed a number of arrangements that could only be experienced live, including 'Higher Ground,' a signature song from the high quality sessions of the band. This is a must-listen archive for fans of the band, who, despite being only 23 years old at the time, showcased a high level of musicianship and a stunning performance.
