I Am The Morning, featuring Russian singer Mariana Semkina and pianist Gleb Kolyadin, previously released two studio albums on Kscope and following the success of their studio film "Ocean Sounds", in 2019 they will release their new album The Bell" in 2019. They are supported by Prog Magazine as one of the most important artists of contemporary progressive music, and their release "Light House" in the same year won Album of the Year at the 2016 Progressive Music Awards. The album was released the same year. A modern blend of rock, classical, and folk, "Stalwart in the Garden" is inspired by 19th century songwriting (a style established by Schubert) and tells ten stories of pain caused by human cruelty. It also uses Victorian English art and culture (the obsession with death) to create lyrical imagery.The artwork, created by Konstantin Nagishkin, depicts a Victorian-era "coffin bell," which was actually used to call for help when a person who had been misdiagnosed as dead was buried alive. With Mariana's clear voice and Gleb's beautiful piano melody, and the addition of backing band, strings, etc., I Am the Morning's new album has an even thicker sound, making it a must-listen for progressive rock fans!
