The Who are one of the leading bands of the British Empire's rock scene. Last January, the Who released their first new album in a long time, and held their final concert tour, showing the magnitude of this veteran rock band that is still at the forefront of the rock scene. The Who released "Tommy" in May 1969, a rock opera album that would go down in rock history, and began their "Tommy Tour". On September 29 of the same year, a concert in Amsterdam, Holland was recorded and broadcast as a special program on a local FM radio station. This time, the original master for the broadcast was found and remastered for release! The set list of the day was 32 songs including encores, so this live album is a complete recording of the concert. The highlight of the concert was the live recreation of "Tommy," and with each concert the number of "Tommy" songs has increased in the set list, with 20 of the 25 songs from "Tommy" being performed this time.This is a live album that captures the band's first golden years, and is without a doubt the best of its kind! Imported domestic edition with bilingual English commentary and obi.
