High Highs is the beautiful pop duo of Jack Myles and Ollie Chan, originally from Sydney and now based in Brooklyn, NY. The album's title track was used as the song in the popular movie "Pitch Perfect", and the duo became a household name. After touring the U.S. with Vampire Weekend, Sky Ferreira, How To Dress Well, Stars, Avi Buffalo, and many other artists, the band's popularity and ability grew, and this album is the culmination of their efforts (released in the U.S. on the prestigious PIAS label). The fantastic, beautiful sound that resembles the cover of the album and the melody that tugs at your heartstrings more and more...no matter how many times you listen to it, you cannot help but feel the sadness and beauty of the music, and it is an unbelievably moving work that surpasses the previous album.
