HDR Version]", two films starring Yusaku Matsuda, "The Golden Wolf" and "Death of the Beast", will be released on 4K Digital Restoration Ultra HD Blu-ray [HDR Version] in October 2022 as the first Kadokawa Film UHD Project release! ◆"The Beast Must Die" photo book (A4 soft cover/100p) is included! This time, a large amount of negatives stored in a warehouse were digitized. Under the supervision of Miyuki Matsuda, this definitive photo book consists of stills and snaps of the works. The soundtrack of "Death of the Beast" (background BGM only) is now included on CD for the first time! In the process of researching the warehouse for the UHD version, we unearthed 6mm soundtracks that were said to have never existed before! In the past, a collection of stereo recordings for vinyl was released as the soundtrack for "Death of the Beast" (1980 LP, 1996 CD *now out of print), but this time, we have remastered the 6mm soundtrack for the theater (the original material for the theater mix, which was recorded separately for each instrument and section on the left and right channels) to create the first CD. This is the first CD release of the remastered theatrical accompaniment.
