The four-track mini-album *From a Page*, originally released in 2019, has been reissued as a 15-track, two-disc expanded edition. In addition to the four tracks from the original release, this package includes alternate takes and demo recordings from the sessions held at that time.
Supervised by Oliver Wakeman and mixed and remastered by Carl Groom, this expanded and remastered edition of *From a Page* includes not only the four tracks from the original release but also alternate versions of the three songs from *Fly From Here* featuring different keyboard parts. These are versions in which the keyboard parts added later by Jeff have been replaced with the performances originally conceived by Oliver Wakeman during the initial composition stage. Disc 1 also includes a studio version of the song "Aliens," written by Chris Squire. By including this song, which was performed during the 2008 "In the Present Tour," the album as it was conceived before Trevor Horn joined the production has been recreated.
Disc 2 mainly features demo versions of these songs. Among them, "Updraft" is the track that served as the basis for the "Army Of Angels" section in "Into the Storm." Additionally, “Don’t Take No for an Answer” was not included on the original release of *From a Page*, though it was recorded during the same sessions. Disc 2 also features an acoustic version of “Words on a Page” and the single mix of “To the Moment,” which was previously only available on the original vinyl edition.
The reissue of *From a Page* is a box set featuring eye-catching artwork by Roger Dean, containing two CDs, a booklet with detailed liner notes by Oliver Wakeman, a fold-out poster, and five art cards, all housed in a hinged box.
