In particular, Medeski's organ and piano sound-making greatly set the direction of this album, and succeeds in enhancing the lyrical melodies of "Opal," "Night Shade," and "Something More," all of which are unique to Julien.The sound of this album is impressive, as if it presents a new way of depicting the American original landscape.
