On November 20, 2022, C&K performed at Yokohama Arena with about 10,000 people in attendance, and this is the complete video version of the "Super Reckless Challenge ～Yokohama Arena, the 15th anniversary of the flame, realized with persistence. Please gather all of you" is the complete video work of the concert. Last year, on the 15th anniversary of his debut, CLIEVY performed at Yokohama Arena for the second time; on the same day in 2018, at the 10th anniversary live performance at the same venue, CLIEVY performed in a wheelchair due to an injury. The performance was edited to create an even more realistic version of the live broadcast of this unique entertainment experience. This time, an audio commentary was recorded with Taiga Nagaoka (KBC Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting announcer), who was at the venue on the day of the performance, as a guest for the second time.
