In a peaceful world where the Demon King has been defeated, we search for properties tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Based on "RPG Fudosan" by Motoyo Kaku, serialized in "Manga Time Kirara Carat" (Houbunsha). The main character, Kotone Kazashiki, visits "RPG Fudosan" looking for a new house, but it is actually Kotone's place of employment. Joining forces with the free and mischievous Farr, the monk Lufuria, and the warrior Rakira, they provide her with a new home while listening to stories from unusual customers with various characteristics. The work fantasy in which they struggle to find a place to live together with their unique colleagues will begin airing in April 2022! The staff members who have worked on many bishojo productions have gathered together. The series will be directed by Tomoaki Koshida and Yoshiko Nakamura, who worked together on "Caretaker Kitsune no Senkusan", and will also serve as series director and series writer, respectively. The character design is by Taniguchi Motohiro, who worked on "YuruYuri Nachyachumi! The animation production will be handled by the same team that has worked on numerous KIRARARA productions. Hina Kino as Flora from "Bear Bear Bear Bear Bear" plays the mischievous girl Fur who works with Kotone at the RPG real estate, Natsumi Kawida plays Lufria, a kind and gentle worker who cares about Kotone, and Nanaka Ishimi plays Rakira, a shy girl who loves Lufria!
