The first edition of the digipak 2-CD version has sold out, and in response to many requests, a standard edition is now being released. Like the Beatles and Bob Dylan, their early records existed in both mono and stereo versions, and since the CD era, stereo masters have been used worldwide, but the "original mono recordings" have been completely forgotten and are hard to find. Unlike Dylan and the Byrds, the real masters were never expected to be officially released and forgotten. I would like to hear the genuine original U.S. mono masters that U.S. fans listened to at home at that time. This has been the desire of fans for many years.This work includes two luxurious MONO master recordings of Simon & Garfunkel's early masterpieces, "The Sound of Silence" and "Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme". You can listen to the masterpieces in the "MONO" sound, which has been re-evaluated in the last few years. It is also important to note that there are many mix differences between both albums. First of all, the depth of the echo is completely different on the "Sound of Silence" album, and the vocals are double-tracked on the "Richard Corey" album. In "I Can't Wait to Go Home," where the vocals are mixed markedly differently, the realism of Paul Simon's singing is overwhelming. The single "I Am a Rock" is also a different mix. There are many subtle differences, but the mono mix itself has a noteworthy depth of sound. Disc 2 contains their single releases in the order of their release in their original U.S. mono. The presence of the original mixes of the time is a must when talking about Simon & Garfunkel, including the classic "Scarborough Fair/Chanting" and the hit "Winter's Walking Road.Also included are rare making-of session recordings of the beautiful "Emily Emily" and "Kiyooshi Kono Yoru".
