Album produced to celebrate Bruckner's bicentennial in 2024 The boys' choir of St. Florian's Abbey, Bruckner's birthplace, was founded in 1071 and has a long history of performing Bruckner's works at almost all of its concerts. One of the most special works is the motet "Locus iste," which has long been the choir's secret hymn. The album includes the piano piece "Recollection," performed on Bruckner's prized 1846 Bösendorfer, which he used from 1846 to 1896, as well as "Psalm No. 22" sung by the choir and a track of the motet accompanied by Falmberger. It also includes a rare song sung by Mühlbach, a former member of the St. Florian's Boys Choir who is now a countertenor singer, a motet sung by choir graduates, and a performance of the famous Bruckner organ, all related to Bruckner.
