Rosemary Standley, a vocalist in the French pop band "Moriarty" who sings pop music from the 1930s to the 1950s, and Ensemble Contrast, a group of talented musicians who perform mainly modern and contemporary music with a sense for crossover and acoustic instruments, have teamed up to present a new collection of Schubert's works. The Ensemble Contrast, a group of talented musicians who play modern and contemporary music, as well as crossover music on acoustic instruments with great flair, have teamed up for this collection of Schubert's works. Joao Farjo, a core member of the group who plays the piano, has created a beautiful and melancholy arrangement of Schubert's works that brings out the original image of the music. Joining the group are the soprano Sandrine Piau, a well-known ALPHA label member, and Erèle Besson, a female trumpeter who has become a hot topic in European jazz circles and has released an album (ALPHA 298) on the ALPHA label.
