Ugo de Ana, a master of performing arts, created a spectacular stage for "The Barber of Seville" on the Arena's grand stage, with hedges symbolizing the "maze of love" and "giant roses," and it became a big hit when it was first performed in 2007. This video was recorded in 2018, the fourth season of this production, following 2009 and 2011. Leo Nucci, who also played Figaro in 2007, appears again in this production, this time with a vigorous performance and skilled singing that belies his 76 years of age.
