Lionheart, a British hard rock band featuring guitarist Dennis Stratton, also known for his work with Iron Maiden, has released a new album! The album is a must-have for fans of Praying Mantis, Survivor, Pride of Lions, etc. The band's discography features all the members of the band. The British hard rock band Lionheart was formed in 1980 by original vocalist Gerry Burns, and the band has since released more than a dozen albums, including the first album, "The Lions". The band's history dates back to 1980, when original vocalist Jess Cox and Dennis Stratton, who had left Iron Maiden, approached Steve Mann, who would later work with Michael Schenker's group. The band released its first album, Hot Tonight, in 1984. The band's AOR style songs, which were aware of the trends of the time, were well received, but the band disbanded in 1986.Dennis joined his old friend from the Iron Maiden days, Paul Deano. Steve Mann also joined the Michael Schenker Group, and the members took different paths. But in 2016, 30 years after the breakup, Lionheart suddenly appeared at a festival in England. The members were so impressed with the response to their one-night-only live performance that they decided to officially reunite. Since then, they have been working on an album every few years, and the new release is The Grace of a Dragonfly. This album is composed mainly of familiar AOR style songs. Lee Small, who currently serves as the face of the band, sings passionately and dramatically on this album. Of course, Dennis Stratton's Iron Maiden-style guitar solo is still there.
