A pseudo-live album featuring outstanding performances from the early days of the band! The only "live album" of 13th Floor Elevators released before the band disbanded was actually a studio outtake overdubbed with audience cheers to make it sound like a live performance. Although not an official live recording, it was well received by fans because of its excellent early performances of classic songs from previous albums such as "(Ive Got) Levitation," "Fire Engine," and "You're Gonna Miss Me. The album was favorably received by fans because of its excellent early performances. Including previously unreleased studio takes and cover songs, this disc, while pseudo-live, allows the viewer to feel the passion of the band at that time.
