Circus, now a four-piece band of the father-son generation, is back on 7inch reissue of a fantastic album that could be called their pre-debut! This is the only reissue of "Pre-Circus" from the period of the original members with different male lineup, just before the big hits of "Mr. Summertime" and "American Feeling". Not only the A-side song, for which Yoshitaka Minami is known, but also the B-side was provided by Minami Yoshitaka. The contrast between the light Latin groove and urban medium is pleasant. -Hisakazu Kanazawa This single was released by Tokuma Ongaku Kogyo/DAN RECORDS in 1977, the year before "Mr. Summertime," which was used as the Kanebo '78 summer campaign song and reached No. 1 on the Oricon.Both sides of the album have been written/composed/arranged by Yoshitaka Minami, and were featured in the popular guidebooks "Light Mellow Japanese Mono 669" and "Japanese Mono A To Z." It has been a top-class wanted disc for Japanese city pop fans and Japanese mono DJs, and now it is finally being reissued for the first time with original specifications! This is the first reissue with the original specifications!
