The art of Raphael von Kabel, a benefactor of the unknown history of Western music in Japan at the dawn of the 20th century, will be performed as a "dream collaboration to weave culture" by Keiko Takii, a musicologist, Asahikawa-so social welfare corporation, and Nagai City in Yamagata Prefecture, in a three-way joint project "Nagai The first of the three, "Nagai Series," will be a new project.
