The album is a mix of thrash metal, progressive rock, and electronic music. The band's name was Athena XIX, and the band's name at the time was Athena. After releasing a demo in 1993, Fabio left the band, but in 1995, the band made its debut album with "Inside, the Moon". In 1998, the band released its second album, "A New Religion? This album was a masterpiece that was hailed by fans all over the world as one of the strongest Italian power metal albums ever made. However, Fabio left the band again.The band released their third album "Twilight of Days" in 2001, but broke up the following year in 2002, and Athena became a legend of Italian power metal. However, the band was resurrected in 2007. Now they are releasing their first new album in 23 years as Athena XIX and with Fabio as the vocalist again! Fabio expresses great confidence in the new album, titled "Everflow Part 1: Frames Of Humanity," saying, "Everyone is sure to be astonished. The band's style, which mixes thrash metal, power metal, and progressive metal and adds electronic elements, has become more powerful after 23 years. The result is a powerful and deep concept album.
