QUIET RIOT's legendary 1st & 2nd albums are finally available on official Japanese paper-jacket CD! The first album "Quiet Riot" (1978) and the second album "Quiet Riot II" (1979), which were released only in Japan at that time, were released by "QUIET RIOT", the American heavy metal band famous for the eternal guitar hero, Randy Rhodes, who was a member of the band before he joined the Ozzy Osbourne Band, forty years after his death. The second album "Quiet Riot II" (1979), which was released only in Japan at the time, is now available for the first time on CD in paper jacket in Japan with remastering and more bonus tracks! The second album "Quiet Riot II" (1979), released only in Japan in 1979, is finally available on CD for the first time in Japan! The smash hit "Slick Black Cadillac" and the 1969 hit "Afterglow (Of Your Love)" by Steve Marriott and Ronnie Laine are also included on this album.The cover of the CD shows Rudy Sarzo, who joined the band from the post-album tour, so there is a lot of misunderstanding, but the bassist who participated in the recording of the album was Kelly Garni, as in the first album. This CD includes two songs not on the album that Randy played bass in the absence of the bassist after Kelly's departure, as well as a bonus song from a live performance after Rudy joined the band, including a guitar solo by Randy that has never been recorded! Randy's playing here is as Ozzy had expected, and he is rampant and unrestrained. The total number of songs on this reissue is 13! QUIET RIOT was once disbanded after Randy left the band, but later reformed with Kevin leading the band, and their first album "METAL HEALTH" in 1983 was a huge success, reaching No. 1 in the U.S. as you are well aware.
