Ai Takamatsu will release "Colorless", her first CD in about 2 years since her last one "Violin Recital Diavolo Concerto with Orchestra". The title "Colorless" means a colorless or colorless world, and the theme of this CD is "Colorlesss (hiding colors)". It has been six years since Ai Takamatsu began her career as a violinist, wishing to "colorfully dye some scenery through music. Now, in the middle of that journey in pursuit of vividness, she stopped and chose the challenge of "hiding colors," the theme of this work. This is a record of Ai Takamatsu's "Colorless" journey to reconsider her "own color" and to "spread her wings" further. Please enjoy the world that only Ai Takamatsu can bring to you. *Ai Takamatsu's comment on her own work, "Taketori Monogatari": "Taketori Monogatari" is a story about a young girl who is now living in a small town in Japan. Taketori Monogatari" is said to be the oldest existing story in Japan.This three-movement violin sonata was inspired by the scene of "smoke" depicted at the end of the story. Please enjoy the moment when the sound of the violin resonates with the Japanese story that has been passed down through the millennia. ＜Aya Nagatomi, piano After graduating from Tokyo College of Music High School in 2005, Aya Nagatomi studied in Hungary and the United States, and has since given numerous recitals, collaborations, and recordings, all of which have received high acclaim. In recent years, in addition to her performance activities, she has been active in a variety of genres, giving concerts based on the lives of composers and working as a radio personality in order to bring classical music to a wider audience.
