Kiyoshi Hikawa's long-awaited enka single is "Hodoinshu" (meaning "a little drunken sake"), which carries the message of accepting small missteps and stumbling blocks with a forgiving heart in a world that is difficult to live in. The enka melody is cheerful and enveloping, and the phrase "Yurushimasho (Let's forgive)" is also impressive. The poem was written by Kaisei Kishi and the music was composed by Hideo Mizumori. The coupling song "Anata no Uta ni Naritai (I want to be your song)" was written by Yukinojo Mori and composed by Hideo Mizumori. This moving ballad depicts the loneliness of a singer on stage, but also the desire to be a song that is close to those who listen. Also included is "Genkai Soul," a song about his hometown of Fukuoka, written and composed by Kiyoshi Hikawa himself, with supplementary music by Hideo Mizumori. The song is filled with local love, with "Hakata Te Ippon" and "Hakata Celebration Song" anchored in a dynamic enka style.
