Based on a powerful coming-of-age novel by Kazuma Hayami, winner of the 68th Japan Mystery Writers Association Award for "Innocent Days," this is his first work after winning the award, and is written with the greatest amount of passion. This is a dramatization of the passionate story of high school students who ran through Shibuya in 1995, defying the social structure created by adults and protecting what they cherish. The lead role is played by Takahashi Kaito, a member of King & Prince. The supporting cast includes Nakagawa Taishi, Matsumoto Honoka, Hosoda Kaota, Inukai Takatake, and Sekiguchi Mendy. The screenplay is by Kohei Kiyasu, winner of the Best Screenplay Award at the 36th Japan Academy Prize for the movie "Kirishima, Bukkatsu Yamerutte yo" (2013), and the director is Hideo Shirojo, who directed the movies "Alps Stand no Hashikata" (2020) and "Joko Kosei ni Kakatta Desu" (2022). And the music will be composed by Gary Ashiya, who is active in films and TV dramas.The work is full of energy, depicting the world of the 90s, including fashion, music, cartoons, dramas, pagers, and telephone cards that were popular around 1995, which is somewhat nostalgic for the adult generation who were high school students at that time, and fresh for today's youth who do not know about those days.
