The film stars Kazuya Kamenashi and co-stars a splendid cast including Nanao, Riho Yoshioka, Shota Sometani, and Shidou Nakamura. A series of bizarre murders in which a murder weapon, an axe, is used to remove the brain. Akira Ninomiya, a lawyer, is targeted as the next target. However, Ninomiya is a psychopath who is even crazier than the murderer! The police are in pursuit of the murderer, and Ninomiya is looking for revenge.This is a "super exciting suspense film" with an unpredictable storyline in which the pursuer and the pursued keep switching places, and a series of outlandish settings and unexpected twists and turns. The music is composed by Koji Endo, who has composed music for many of Miike's films. The thrilling and tense music, as well as the mysterious and lonely music, will drive the viewer even further into a corner.
