Description:
The only Music Box album from Wales, the original pressing of which is extremely rare and coveted by enthusiasts, has been reissued in paper jacket! (Original release: 1972/Westwood Records)From the Westwood label in central Wales, which introduces folk club acts from central England, this is a miraculous reissue of a very rare disc, of which the original pressing is said to be 300 copies. This is the only album by this three-piece group, including one woman who was active on the Coventry folk circuit. Based on a clean acoustic guitar sound, the album has a unique mellow and fantastic world view featuring the iron fiddle, recorder, flute, and other instruments. Later, the leader, Rob Armstrong, became an original guitar craftsman with many clients including George Harrison, Bert Jansch, and Alvin Lee.
