Italian progressive metal veterans DGM have completed a new album. This new album was released less than a year after the release of "Life" at the end of last year. However, the band's work is not necessarily of low quality just because it was completed in such a short period of time; on the contrary, this latest album is a work of meticulous calculation. For one thing, "Endless" documents a man's imaginative journey to understand the choices that shaped his life, and through vivid storytelling, it addresses the eternal question, "How would your life have been different if you had chosen a different path? It is a concept album that addresses the eternal question, "How would your life be different if you had chosen a different path? The film opens with the protagonist reflecting on his current situation, wrestling with the uncertainty of the decisions that led him to his current situation, and contemplating a phantom life that he did not live. In the final act, despite growing older and wiser, he continues to be haunted by the unexplained "why" behind life's winding path.The band's highly technical and meticulously composed songs on the themes of fate and free will make for a tense and powerful work to the very end. This work is undoubtedly the culmination of the band's history.
